Return, Cancellation, Exchange, Refund & Payments Policy
Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged. To be eligible, you must provide a video recording of the package being opened as proof.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, it must be done within 7 days of receiving your order. The product should be unused, with the original price tag and packaging intact, and must be returned along with the invoice. Once we receive and inspect the item to ensure it meets our conditions, we will begin processing your refund. The refund will be credited within 7 working days, depending on your bank's processing timeline.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may refuse the package upon delivery. In such cases, if the product is returned to our warehouse, we will refund the amount after deducting any applicable shipping and COD charges. Refunds will be initiated within 2 working days of receiving the product. You may choose to receive the refund as store credit, a coupon code, or have it refunded to your original mode of payment, subject to bank processing.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inform us within 24 hours by emailing amuthanvedics@gmail.com or messaging us via WhatsApp at +91 9087748774. In such cases, return shipping is on us, and we’ll either issue a replacement (if stock is available) or provide a full refund excluding COD and shipping fees.
For other types of returns, you’ll need to bear the return shipping cost. Refunds will be processed after the returned product passes our quality inspection. You’ll be issued either an Online Store Credit (usable on our website) or a refund to your original payment method.
Please note:

Cash refunds are not available for discounted or promotional items; instead, you'll receive store credit equal to the amount paid.

Refunds for COD orders will be issued as store credit only.

Discount codes and coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

For fresh items, refunds will be processed to your bank account as per your bank’s timelines.

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
